CNC Turning Center with 2 Spindles, 1 Turret and 1 Y-axis Slide
Integrating the CNC with Citizen control on the highly rigid and precise machine with 2 spindles and 1 turret has made it possible to achieve productivity equivalent to a machine with 2 spindles and 2 turrets. Mounting 12 independently revolving tools on the turret makes it possible to perform complicated complete front and back machining using a Y-axis slide.
Overlapped machining by X-axis and Z-axis
G codes simply need to be selected in order to perform the majority of machining programs.
